With the myID.be® Mobile Application
Follow these steps to log in with your mobile device:
- Ensure that the myID.be® app is installed.
- Open the myID.be® app and scan the QR code.
- Follow the instructions in the app.
With eID card reader
Follow these steps to log in with your eID card:
- Ensure that the eID Software is installed.
- Connect an eID card reader to your computer.
- Insert your eID into the card reader.

- Enter the PIN of your identity card when asked to do so (on your computer or on your card reader if it has a keypad).
